This legal notice governs access to and use of the website and the Evoflor application (the “Site”), a software-as-a-service (SaaS) management tool for flower shops. Accessing the Site implies acceptance of the conditions set out in this legal notice.

Users undertake to make diligent use of the Site and the services accessible through it, in accordance with the law, this legal notice and the applicable Terms and Conditions. Users shall refrain from using the Site for unlawful purposes or purposes harmful to International Flower Technology LLC or third parties.
4. Intellectual and industrial property
All content on the Site (text, software, trademarks, logos, design and code) belongs to International Flower Technology LLC or to third parties who have authorised its use, and is protected by intellectual and industrial property law. Its reproduction, distribution or transformation without express authorisation is prohibited, except for the rights of use granted to the user under the Terms and Conditions.

International Flower Technology LLC strives to keep the Site available and free of errors, but does not guarantee the absence of interruptions or faults. The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy and, with regard to the data of end customers processed on the user’s behalf, by the Data Processing Agreement (DPA).
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of the owner’s domicile, unless the applicable consumer regulations provide for a different jurisdiction.
9. Changes
International Flower Technology LLC reserves the right to amend this legal notice to adapt it to new legislation or to changes in the Site. The version in force is the one published on this page.
