No. Evoflor has no minimum term or contracts: you pay month to month (or yearly, if you prefer) and cancel whenever you like from your account; you keep everything until the end of the period you’ve paid for and then move to the Free plan, with your data.
No. The price is per flower shop, with a number of users included depending on the plan (1 on Free, 2 on Basic, 5 on Pro and unlimited on Premium). Drivers don’t count as users.
They cost the same. Basic Bouquets is for the bouquet and counter flower shop: it includes the online shop with card payments. Basic Events is for the wedding and events flower shop: it includes events and branded proposals. If you do both, the Pro plan includes them together.
The import tool is: with it you bring your customers, products and order history from Excel. If you’d rather we did it, the set-up service (€199 one-off, excl. VAT) includes bringing over your data, preparing your catalogue and training.
No. When you create your account you get 15 days with every feature, no card needed. After that, if you don’t choose a plan, you stay on the Free plan: orders (up to 100 a month), customers, recipes, events (up to 2 a month) and online shop. You only pay when you choose a plan.
From the app itself, in My account › Plan and billing: you choose the plan and whether to pay monthly or yearly, and pay on Stripe’s secure page, by direct debit (SEPA) or by card. You can add the set-up service right there. Invoices arrive by email.
Yes, from your account. If you upgrade, the change is immediate and you only pay the difference for the current period (we show you the amount before you confirm). If you downgrade, the change applies at the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
Yes. From the Basic plan you can issue full VAT invoices, keep your own series and work in Verifactu mode. Invoicing isn’t an extra: it’s included in Basic, Pro and Premium.
Yes. With yearly billing, Basic (Bouquets or Events) comes down to €39/month, Pro to €69/month and Premium to €99/month (excl. VAT): you pay for the 12 months in one go and save up to 34% compared with paying monthly. If you’d rather go month to month, there’s still no lock-in.
Prices exclude VAT. Evoflor is provided by a company established outside the EU, so the invoice is issued without Spanish VAT; where the rules require it, you self-assess it (reverse charge). Your accountant will know how to record it.
