A POS built for real flower shops: ring up a bouquet in seconds, print the receipt, balance the till at closing time and keep orders and deliveries in the same system. It runs on the computer or tablet you already have, with your receipt printer.
The order figure comes from the real Antea Flora pilot (Valencia).
Counter sales are designed for a flower shop counter, not a supermarket: pick the product or type in the amount, take payment and move on to the next customer. No setting up customer records or filling in forms when there’s no need.
Every payment of the day — counter, orders, deliveries — is recorded in the daily till. At closing time you see how much came in through each payment method and balance up in a minute, not half an hour with a calculator.
The difference from a generic POS is that Evoflor is the complete management system for your flower shop. The order that comes in by phone, the order from your website and the counter sale all end up in the same dashboard, with the same till and the same customers.
Much less than POS bundles try to sell you. Evoflor is a cloud POS: it opens in the browser, so you don’t need to buy a touch screen or pay for installation. If you already have a computer or tablet on the counter, all you need, if you want one, is a receipt printer.
A retail POS knows how to sell what’s on the shelf. A flower shop also sells what doesn’t exist yet: the bouquet for Thursday at 10, with a card message, paid for by one person and received by another. That’s where a generic POS forces you to keep a notebook beside it, and where a POS built for florists makes the difference.
Every receipt and invoice from the Evoflor POS is recorded the way Verifactu requires: the Spanish Tax Agency’s system that stops invoicing software from allowing sales to be altered. The law currently makes it mandatory in 2027 (companies in January and the self-employed in July), and the Spanish tax authorities have announced a delay to October 2028, still pending publication in the Official Gazette. Whatever the final date, your flower shop won’t need to change POS or pay for an extra module: Verifactu is included in every plan.

Yes, with Stripe card readers. Evoflor sends the sale amount straight to the reader: the customer taps their card and the payment is recorded in the sale and the till, with no typing the amount twice or getting the figure wrong. If you’d rather keep your bank’s terminal, you can: you just record that the sale was paid by card.
Yes. The receipt prints from the browser on any 80 mm thermal printer installed on the computer. If the cash drawer is connected to the printer, it opens when you print: it’s set up in the printer driver, with nothing special to do in Evoflor.

There are generic POS systems with a free plan, but they usually limit invoices or users, charge for every card payment or don’t handle orders with a delivery date, recipient and delivery, which is what a flower shop uses most. We explain it in detail, with the pros and cons, in our guide to free POS systems for florists. Evoflor isn’t free, but you can try all of it for 15 days with no card.
The POS is included in every Evoflor plan, from €59 a month. You can try it free for 15 days, with no card and no lock-in.
