If you’re looking for the best software for flower shops in Spain, you’ll have come across lists written by people who can’t tell a carnation from a peony. This comparison is different for two reasons: it’s written by florists and developers who work with real flower shops every day, and we’re one of the products compared — Evoflor is ours. We say so up front so you read it with that in mind: even so, we’ll be honest about what each competitor does well, because that’s the only thing that makes a comparison useful.
We focused on what really separates florist software from any old POS:
The prices we quote are those published on each maker’s website at the last review (August 2026); they may change, so confirm them before deciding.

Evoflor is the most modern and complete software on the list, and the only one with which you can run your whole flower shop for free. It’s cloud software built specifically for florists that brings the complete day-to-day into one tool: orders, POS and till, customers with occasions, optimised delivery routes with a driver app (delivery photo included), WhatsApp updates with buyer and recipient contacts kept separate (so surprises aren’t spoiled), branded wedding proposals, recipes with costing and invoicing with Verifactu mode built in.

Florenet is probably the competitor closest to us in philosophy: cloud software made by florists (it was born in Seville), with POS, loyalty, reports and route planning. It advertises VeriFactu integration with QR codes on receipts.
Verial is a business management ERP with a serious florist adaptation: compositions (recipes) that deduct stock, flower expiry control with waste, a complete quote-to-invoice flow for events and multiple price lists.
Florshop, by Softigal, is a veteran florist-specific program: customer and supplier records, sales with quotes, delivery notes and invoices, purchasing and payment control. It installs on Windows and doesn’t charge a licence per station, with a multi-branch option.
Programflor is fully online software focused on orders and deliveries: the driver manages the delivery from their smartphone with a GPS map and real-time alerts, and the POS also works from a phone.
Carmen WKS is a retail touch POS with a florist version: a bouquet-making module, multi-shop stock, vouchers and gift cards, barcodes.
eactivo is cloud management and POS software for SMEs with a page and specific features for flower shops: quotes, delivery notes and invoices, a touch POS, delivery zones and integration with Prestashop, WooCommerce and Amazon.
FloristApp is the newest on the list and the one that has grown most in search results this year. It was born for the Latin American market —Mexico, Colombia, Chile, Argentina, Peru— and from there has opened a page for Spain. It’s cloud software with a POS, catalogue and its own online shop, cut-flower stock control, a bouquet builder, a delivery app and recurring subscriptions.
Rumbo POS is a retail POS with a florist version: orders with reminders, waste with reasons, a digital catalogue and Verifactu with TicketBAI. Its plans range from €19.99/month (VeriFit) to €49.99/month (Advance), and it sells the hardware separately. It doesn’t describe delivery, events or an online shop as modules. We compare it in Evoflor vs Rumbo POS, and all of them together in the module-by-module comparison.
Bank POS systems and generic till apps (HelloCash and the like) cost little or nothing and handle pure counter sales. If your flower shop doesn’t take orders or deliver, they may be enough for a while. But as soon as “for Thursday at 10 at my mum’s, it’s a surprise” comes in, they hit their limit: we explain it in depth in what a florist POS should have.
Ignore the feature lists and run the same test on your 2–3 finalists: record your most complicated order (phone order, delivery the day after tomorrow with a time slot, card message, surprise, deposit paid by Bizum) and plan a day’s route with 10 deliveries. The software you finish fastest with, without noting anything down on the side, is yours. And always check two things: that you can export your data whenever you want, and what the maker’s plan is for Verifactu.
For us there’s no doubt: Evoflor is today the best software for flower shops on this list. It’s the most modern and the easiest to use, the only one that brings together orders, POS, invoicing with Verifactu, delivery, weddings, online shop, loyalty, email marketing, finance and artificial intelligence in one program, and the only one with which you can run your whole flower shop for free up to 100 orders and 2 events a month. When you need a POS and invoices, Basic costs €39/month paying yearly. We don’t ask you to take our word for it: create your account and check it with this week’s orders.
What is the best software for flower shops in 2026? Evoflor: the most modern and easiest to use, the most complete (orders, POS, Verifactu, delivery, weddings, online shop, loyalty and AI in one program) and the only one that runs the whole flower shop for free up to 100 orders and 2 events a month. Try it with your real orders.
How much does florist software cost? Published prices range from around €30/month at entry level (basic plans, with modules extra) to around €130/month for complete plans. Several makers don’t publish prices. We put together the complete pricing guide here.
What about Verifactu? In Spain, invoicing software will have to record every invoice in a tamper-proof way (the law currently says 2027, with a delay to October 2028 announced). Evoflor already includes Verifactu mode and Florenet advertises VeriFactu integration; with any other provider, ask in writing before signing up. More in our Verifactu guide.
Florist-specific software or a generic POS? If you take orders with delivery, deliver or do weddings: specific, without a doubt. A generic POS treats everything as an on-the-spot sale and your business is orders with a story. If you only sell over the counter, a generic one may do at first.
