How much does flower shop management software cost? (real 2026 prices)

When a florist considers giving up the notebook, the first question is always the same: how much does flower shop management software cost? The honest answer is “it depends”, but not in a sneaky way: it depends on what you need and, above all, on what the price you’re shown actually includes. In this article we give you real 2026 prices, what goes into each range, the hidden costs almost nobody mentions and how to tell in five minutes whether it pays for itself.

What drives the price of florist software

Before looking at figures, it’s worth understanding what you’re paying for. The price of management software moves with four levers:

  • How much it covers. A POS that only takes payments isn’t the same as software that handles orders, delivery, customers, invoicing and events. More modules means a higher fee — but also fewer separate tools to pay for.
  • How many people use it. Many products charge per user. If there are three of you in the shop, that “from €X” on the website gets multiplied.
  • How it’s installed. Cloud (web) software needs no server or installation; classic “install it on a computer” software usually comes with an upfront licence plus maintenance.
  • What support and updates are included. Legal changes like Verifactu, backups and help when something goes wrong: sometimes they’re included, sometimes they’re paid separately.

Real prices in 2026: the three ranges

In the Spanish market in 2026 there are three broad price ranges. They’re approximate —every provider has its small print— but they help you get your bearings:

OptionApproximate priceWho it’s for
Generic or free POS (banks, retail apps)€0–60/month + feesShops that only sell over the counter and don’t take orders or deliver
Classic “installed” software€300–900 licence + annual maintenanceShops that already have it and don’t want to change
Florist-specific cloud software€40–130/monthShops that handle orders, delivery and customers and want everything in one

The range that really matters for a busy flower shop —orders, deliveries, repeat customers— is the third. And there, the spread of €40 to €130 a month is almost always explained by the same things: how many modules are included and how many users.

Watch out for “from”

The big price on a software website is almost always the “from” price: the smallest plan, with one user and without the features you probably need (delivery, full invoicing, events). Before comparing, look at the plan that actually covers your case and multiply it by the number of people who’ll use it.

The hidden costs that aren’t on the pricing page

The monthly fee is only part of it. These are the lines that get added afterwards and that you should ask about before signing up:

  1. Set-up and installation. Some products charge an initial set-up fee. Serious cloud software usually doesn’t.
  2. Migrating your data. Is bringing in your customer and order history included or an extra? It’s one of the things most often charged separately, and it’s exactly what makes the switch worthwhile.
  3. Per user. Check whether the price is per flower shop or per person. With a team of three, “€10 per extra user” changes the maths a lot.
  4. Hardware. Receipt printer (€100–250), cash drawer (€50–100). The good news: if the software is web-based, the computer or tablet you already have will do. We cover it in detail in how to choose your flower shop’s POS and in what our florist POS needs.
  5. Minimum term. Do they lock you in for a year? If the product is good, it doesn’t need to lock you in. Ask directly.
  6. Support and legal updates. Make sure Verifactu, backups and help are included, not a separate “premium support plan”.

The right question isn’t how much it costs

Here’s the shift in perspective that saves money. Florist software isn’t an expense to “make the counter look nice”: it’s time it takes off your plate. Do the maths the other way round.

If software saves you one hour a day —and that’s normal: no rewriting addresses, no rebuilding the till by hand, no hunting for “the lady’s bouquet from Tuesday” in WhatsApp— that’s around 25 hours a month. Even if you value your hour at the lowest rate, a €59 or €89 product pays for itself in the first week. The “cheap” one that leaves you still using the notebook alongside it is, by far, the most expensive.

The real cost is in the hours, not the fee

Compare software by what it takes off your plate, not by the fee. Software that costs €30 more a month but saves you badly planned deliveries, an unbalanced till and forgotten orders is cheaper than the “budget” option that does none of that.

  • Basic Bouquets or Basic Events — €59/month (€39 paying yearly). Unlimited orders, POS and till, VAT invoicing and Verifactu, online payments and wholesale purchasing; Bouquets includes the online shop with payments, Events includes events and branded proposals. For 2 people.
  • Pro — €89/month (€69 paying yearly). Both Basic plans together plus delivery with routes and a driver app, CRM and a loyalty programme. For 5 people.
  • Premium — €129/month (€99 paying yearly). Everything above plus email marketing, finance (P&L and Spanish VAT returns), expenses with AI, banking, a WhatsApp assistant and multi-shop. Unlimited users.

Prices exclude VAT and there’s no lock-in: you pay month to month and cancel whenever you like (you go back to the Free plan with your data). Importing your data is included (and if you’d like us to do it, the set-up service costs €199, one-off), and the 15 days with every feature are free, with no card. Being web-based, you don’t buy any special terminal: it works on the computer, tablet or phone you already have.

How to tell if it pays for itself

You don’t need a spreadsheet. Answer three questions:

  1. How many hours a week do you lose on tasks software would do by itself? (Passing on addresses, balancing the till, finding orders, sending delivery updates.)
  2. How many orders slip through or are delivered late each month because they aren’t organised? Every mistake is a customer who might not come back.
  3. How much would it cost you to switch software at the last minute for Verifactu, in the middle of a busy season, compared with doing it calmly now?

If the answers make you uncomfortable, the software has already paid for itself. And if you’re still unsure, that’s what the trial is for: 15 days to replicate your real week before you decide.

Frequently asked questions

How much does flower shop management software cost? Specialised cloud software costs around €40–130 a month depending on modules and users. Evoflor has a Free plan forever (up to 100 orders and 2 events a month) and plans at €59 (Basic), €89 (Pro) and €129 (Premium) a month, excluding VAT and with no lock-in — or €39, €69 and €99 a month if you pay for the year upfront.

Is there free software for flower shops? Yes. Evoflor has a Free plan forever to organise orders, customers, recipes and events (up to 100 orders and 2 events a month); POS and invoicing start on Basic. There are also free generic POS systems, but they don’t understand orders, delivery or occasions: we compare them in free POS for flower shops.

Is the price per shop or per user? It depends on the provider, and it’s the small print that changes the maths most. In Evoflor the price is per flower shop, with a number of users included in each plan (1 on Free, 2 on Basic, 5 on Pro, unlimited on Premium).

Is migrating my data included? In Evoflor, yes: we help you upload your customer and order history from an Excel template. You can see how in the data import guide.

Is there a minimum term? No. You pay month to month and can cancel whenever you like. A good product doesn’t need to tie you in with a contract.
