What Evoflor’s Free plan includes
- Orders, up to 100 a month: delivery date and time slot, buyer and recipient kept separate, card message and whether it’s a surprise.

- An online shop with your catalogue, so customers can order from their phone. On the Free plan the customer doesn’t pay online (you take the payment) and the shop shows a “Made with Evoflor” footer.

To get started: you create your account and get 15 days with every feature (POS, delivery, invoicing…). When they end, if you don’t choose a plan, you stay on Free with your data. We never ask for your card.

The 100 orders and 2 events are counted when they’re created during the month, even if you delete them later. On the 1st you start again.
Is Free enough for you?
It’s enough if:
- You’re just starting and want to keep your orders organised from day one.
- You take few orders a month and take payments with the POS or till you already have.
- You’re an events florist doing one or two weddings a month and want to quote with numbers.
A paid plan makes sense when:
- You go over 100 orders a month (about 4 or 5 a day).

Does Evoflor’s Free plan expire?
No. It’s free forever as long as you don’t go over 100 orders and 2 events a month.
What happens if I reach 100 orders?
The software lets you know and won’t let you create order 101 until the following month, unless you move to a paid plan. Orders that come in through your online shop still come in.
Do I need a card to sign up?
No. Neither for the 15-day trial nor for the Free plan.
Can I invoice on the Free plan?
No. VAT invoicing and Verifactu are on every paid plan, starting with Basic (€39/month paying yearly).
